I have six years of recruitment experience, was a founding member of La Fosse’s digital team, and responsible for building their marketing capabilities from the ground up, focused solely on the growth of their VC and founder-led tech clients in Europe.

I believe it is so important that people have equal access to opportunity and no one’s future should be limited by their background. By transitioning into the engagement team at La Fosse Academy, this has allowed me to follow my passion to help and support people launch their careers in technology – which is just amazing! It is a team I am incredibly proud to work alongside, and the opportunity to be a part of scaling this business is something I am truly passionate about!
