I head up the Commercial team at La Fosse Academy and am responsible for helping our associates land their commercial placements! Previous to this, I ran the sales division for La Fosse Associates, where I experienced the challenges technology leaders were facing to build diverse, high performing teams.

I wanted to make a real impact within the tech industry by helping to create more talent to solve the digital skills gap, and also by helping individuals who wouldn't have had the opportunity otherwise, to land a career in tech!
