Monia specialises in designing and delivering training in data engineering, analysis, and science, helping students at the Academy gain the practical skills they need to succeed in their careers. With a background in Psychology and experience working with children from low-income communities in Brazil, she brings empathy and a people-focused approach to her work. Monia has created and led modules on tools such as Excel, Power BI, Python/Pandas, and Snowflake, and is passionate about supporting individuals from all backgrounds to reach their full potential.
