UNBOUND is continuing its mission to unlock the full potential of women in technology by focusing on what truly accelerates careers: moving beyond mentorship into meaningful sponsorship and reciprocal support.
Inspired by this year’s International Women’s Day theme, Give to Gain, we’re hosting an intimate evening exploring how generosity, advocacy, and honest conversations can transform your career trajectory. This isn’t another networking mixer, it’s a practical, real‑talk session on what it takes to grow and thrive in tech.
What to expect
Our panel, facilitated by Lucy Kemp, will be a candid conversation with our panellists about the support that changed their careers, how they’ve navigated both giving and receiving guidance, and the sponsors who shaped their journeys.
