Kate is the Early Careers Lead at La Fosse Academy responsible for early careers hiring and academy placements. She has extensive experience working in both early careers hiring and talent development across a range of industries including consulting and telecoms. Kate is passionate about helping individuals reach their potential and helping clients build important capabilities. Outside of work, she enjoys sea swimming, playing tennis and spending time with family and friends.
