Beyond the training plan
Most training providers deliver the statutory minimum: a training plan, an assessor, an end point assessment. We build a package around the learner from day one, because it directly supports retention, engagement and completion, the metrics that determine whether your levy spend converts into a qualified employee.
Student Union Card
Month 1
From day one, your apprentice is treated as a genuine learner, not just an employee doing a course on the side. That distinction matters: apprentices who feel recognised as students engage earlier and more consistently with their training, which sets the tone for everything that follows.
Oyster Card
Month 3
Travel costs are a real and often overlooked barrier to attendance, particularly for entry level apprentices early in their careers. By month three, the Oyster Card removes that barrier entirely, protecting attendance at the sessions your apprentice’s progress depends on.
AI Coach
Month 4
Between formal sessions, apprentices can feel isolated, and isolation is one of the biggest drivers of drop out. The AI Coach gives your apprentice always on, personalised support tied directly to their programme, plus it maps their day to day work to the evidence they need for their portfolio and end point assessment, which keeps them on track without adding to your team’s workload.
Tablet
Month 4
Apprentices without dedicated study equipment at home are disproportionately likely to fall behind. A tablet removes that barrier entirely, so study time outside of work is actually usable, protecting the off the job hours your apprentice needs to complete.
Railcard
Month 6
Drop out risk typically rises in the second half of a programme, often as initial motivation settles into routine. A Railcard, matched to your apprentice’s stage of life, sustains affordability at exactly the point it’s needed most.
The training content gets your apprentice to a qualification.
The package is what gets them through it. We built this because completion isn’t just a compliance metric, it’s the difference between your levy spend producing a skilled, retained employee or a half finished course. Every item in the package is timed to meet a real risk point in the programme, so your investment is protected the whole way through, not just at the start.
