Claire Ashley

Claire is the Quality and Compliance Manager at La Fosse Academy, where she leads programme development, compliance, and quality assurance across multiple apprenticeship standards. She also holds Designated Safeguarding Lead responsibilities. Prior to this appointment, Claire held the same position in the Apprenticeship and Career Hub at Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust. Her background spans senior quality and leadership roles in the Education sector, including Director of Business Development, Head of Quality and Deputy CEO, working to frameworks including Ofsted’s Education Inspection Framework, DfE (DWP now) funding rules, and Skills England standards.
