When you join a La Fosse apprenticeship, you’re not left to work things out alone. Alongside your training, we build a package of practical support around you, delivered at the right moment, so nothing gets in the way of you finishing what you started.
Student Union Card Month 1
From your first week, you’re treated as what you are: a learner. Your Student Union Card unlocks discounts and perks across everything from food to entertainment, recognising that an apprenticeship comes with real costs alongside real work. It’s a small thing that says something bigger: your learning matters here, not just your output.
Oyster Card Month 3
By month three, you’re settled into a routine, and travel adds up. Your Oyster Card gives you a third off travel across London’s tubes and trams, so getting to every session doesn’t come out of your own pocket. It’s one less thing standing between you and showing up.
AI Coach Month 4
Your own AI Coach, built specifically for your apprenticeship programme, not a generic tool. It’ll role play a difficult conversation before you have it for real, talk through your priorities when work feels like a lot, and link what you’re doing day to day to what you need evidence for in your portfolio. Come endpoint assessment, you’ll already know where your evidence is.
Tablet Month 3
Not everyone has a computer of their own at home. If you’re sharing with family, or juggling study time around someone else’s screen, that’s a real barrier to learning. Your tablet is yours alone, so you can study, practise and use the tools you’re learning whenever you need to, not whenever there’s a device free.
Railcard Month 6
By month six, we know a bit more about where you are in life, so your Railcard is matched to you: a young person’s, a couple’s or a family railcard. It’s cheaper rail travel that fits your circumstances, not a one size fits all card that half the people getting it don’t actually need.

We built this package because a good apprenticeship shouldn’t hinge on whether you can afford to get there, study at home, or work it all out alone. Every item lands when you actually need it, so the support is there at the moment it matters, not front loaded and forgotten.
