Royal London approached us in late 2024 with a workforce transformation challenge. Their workforce had historically relied on Excel for all data analysis tasks, but the company had strategically migrated to Snowflake as their primary data platform.

Module 1: Python basics
- Core programming fundamentals so teams could understand new processes and methods
- Ensuring teams could read and interpret code being used in their workflows
Module 2: Data analysis through Snowflake
- Worked examples demonstrating how to filter and aggregate data
- Leveraging their existing SQL knowledge combined with Python to analyse datasets they worked with daily
- Practical, hands-on sessions using their real data scenarios
Module 3: Data visualisation
- Training on Matplotlib library to produce professional visual representations
- Creating compelling visuals to explain analysis to stakeholders
- Building dashboards and reports that matched their business requirements
The Results
- 80 people successfully upskilled across the entire organisation
