She also works closely with stakeholders within client companies and plays a pivotal role in ensuring Associates are fully supported, equipped to deliver and empowered to achieve their professional aspirations.
Prior to working as an Engagement Lead, Rachel also has over six years experience working in technology and education recruitment.
